Feel like writing something after a long time. Watching Fallen Angels might have something to do with it.

If you stay alone for long periods of time, as is well known, outré notions from here and there are known to build their cocoons in long undusted corners of your mind. All it takes is a moment of wakefulness, and the insect inside the cocoon finds its way out into the anjuman of your mental landscape, flapping its wings, like the moth inside the cadaver's throat in Silence of the Lambs. Then again, these moments of wakefulness are few and far between.. most of the time, the mind seems to be asleep in the inertia of the day's movement. All this sounds suspiciously like the whole artistic impulse thingamajig to me, given. While this 'wakefulness' lasts, it feels none too pleasant, as you might have gathered from all the moths and the insects making their presence felt in the post - but still, once in a while, its nice to wake up, i think.
