can't seem find your post on the book nor my comment right now due to some weird whim of the blogosphere powers-that-be. but, that book is absolutely one of my favourite books ever. i got it as a birthday gift in class iii i think, when vostok still used to be around.. and how i loved the adventures as young pioneers among the reeds, as toreadors in the barn, and later in the book, in gloriously theatrical kiev.. i still have the book at home, luckily. many thanks for taking the time out to write such a kind comment.
